When you enquire about hosting a coffee machine, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, type of venue, estimated daily footfall and message. We use these details to reply to your enquiry, understand your space and discuss whether a Coffeteros machine would be a good fit.

We rely on legitimate interests under UK GDPR: responding to enquiries and exploring potential venue partnerships. We consider your privacy and only use information needed for these purposes.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it. If we become partners, we may keep relevant information for longer to manage our relationship and meet legal obligations.
Who we share information with
We only share enquiry information with our website and email providers, as needed to receive, store and respond to your message. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate details, request deletion or object to our use of it. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions. Email contact@coffeteros.com to make a request. We normally respond within one month.
